The lingering myth that you have to be loud to survive at Ashitiva is certainly put to rest by Catherine. She speaks so calmly and has such a serene air of agreeability that it always comes as a shock when you work out that she just said something really subversive and wickedly funny.

Catherine’s depth of knowledge on mixed use development planning, project and infrastructure finance, construction approvals and Privately Initiated Investment Proposals (PIIPs) is unrivalled. Her sternness is disguised by her amazing calm demeanor which she uses as a secret weapon during negotiations (they never see her coming). In the end, she always gets what her clients want. Her reverse psychology can disarm even the most intransigent negotiator. If you will not be blindsided by her awesome personality, you will certainly not resist her smile.

Our passive aggressive Partner is regarded by her colleagues here at the office as the uncanny guru of conveyancing practice. She is an old soul trapped in a youthful and delightful Kenyan girl. If you need an intelligent conversation on Kenya’s Real Estate and Market Review Index, if you are thinking of upgrading your legal representation on any infrastructure project or if you just want to hear the most pleasant voice, please call her.
