In 2010, a passionate team of young lawyers came together in Nairobi, united by a shared ambition: to build a law firm that would shape Kenya’s future.

As the country ushered in the 2010 Constitution and advanced its development agenda, the Firm’s vision evolved in step with the nation. While its early growth focused on expanding physical presence, the Firm also invested in a forward-looking digital transformation strategy. Today, the team delivers expert legal services across the region, supported by digital tools that enhance responsiveness, accessibility and client engagement.

With its enduring spirit of disciplined collaboration, the Firm was recognised in 2018 when it was named Kenya’s Law Firm of the Year at the Nairobi Legal Awards. The accolade marked a defining milestone, not for any one individual, but for the entire team. Accepting the award on the Firm’s behalf, Senior Partner Nelson Ashitiva captured the spirit of the moment: “We are the children of the rural areas, and this award is for our mothers.”

The journey of growth and impact has continued. The Firm has strategically built a broad range of practice areas, with expertise spanning projects, energy and infrastructure, dispute resolution, banking and finance, regulatory matters, corporate and commercial law, real estate and construction, data protection, corporate governance, intellectual property and telecommunications. This diversification positions the Firm to anticipate and meet client needs with foresight and strategic depth.
